MOSCOW – February 11, 2002 – Quantum Art, a leading provider of content management and e-business solutions, announced that its Q-Publishing 6.0 software was used by COLINT, the Association of Computational Linguistics and Intelligent Technologies, to successfully launch its association and international seminar site “Dialogue” www.dialog-21.ru.
The Dialogue site serves as a centralized forum for those developing computer linguistic technologies, enabling linguists world-wide to discuss pressing professional matters and obtain the latest data on various subjects. In addition, the site contains detailed information about the Dialogue seminar, terms of its organization and materials of past seminars.
The Q-Publishing framework enables remote publishing to the Dialogue site using secure, distributed browser access and centralized administration. Now COLINT members can publish news and other information on the Dialogue site quickly and easily, regardless of their location – which currently span from Moscow to New Mexico.
About COLINT and Dialogue COLINT, a public-private association, unites leading scientific institutions, firms and academic teams in conducting fundamental linguistic research and commercial projects.
