Customer Support Portal

Quantum Art uses a friendly Customer Support Portal for tracking support issues and managing communications with our customers about them. Its interface is easy to use, and is fully integrated with the system our Account Services team uses to monitor your Quantum Art installations.

Our portal has an integrated knowledge base called Solutions which enables you to search for solutions to common problems. The Solutions section contains all of the information currently archived in our FAQ at http://odc.quantumart.com. In the future, Solutions will continue to be populated with tips and tricks for how to make best use of the Quantum Art platform.
