Quantum Art Customer Support

Quantum Art will support every site and solution built on our platform.

Our support department monitors and maintains the health of Quantum Art's customer installations. Each of our customers has support contacts authorized to work with us directly, in order to streamline communications.  We use a friendly Customer Support Portal for issue tracking and gathering valuable user feedback--a major source of inspiration for our product development effort. The platform itself is being improved continuously, with updates and upgrades released on a regular basis.
